Bought this pool beginning of last summer(not from amazon). I was worried with reviews i seen in the past and when i bought it the box was banged up. But eaisly set up according to instructions and everything worked great. Swam in it all year. Bought the Salt Water System(a must for anybody, seriously) and it all hooked up. No problems besides the pump is a little weak. I planned on my failing like everyone elses and just buy a better bigger one but it ran all year and so far this year so i am still using it.
But the end of last year we drained the water and didn't have time to let it dry out and take down since it was raining so much that the wind helped us take it down. Folded the pool in half. Bent 9 T's and 2 Cross bars and a couple other misc. parts. I called the company in March this year and tried to place an order, parts were out of stock but took my order and said they would email when they came in stock. A month later and many phone calls just to follow up i got the emails. I called back and placed the order. They had a problem with inputting my address into the system so they gave me free shipping on the order.
The plastic feet on the legs are really crappy and break easy but the new ones this year are designed different and so far are better.
Great pool to cool off during the summer. Maybe i got lucky with my pool but for me it works great.
